1. Return Period

  • Timeframe: Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after 14 days from delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unwashed, in the same condition as received
  • Returned in original packaging with tags, labels, and accessories

Non-Returnable Items (unless damaged or defective):

  • Personal care products (cosmetics, skincare, hygiene products)
  • Lingerie, swimwear, and intimate wear
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable items such as food and health products

3. Process for Returns

  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Return Authorization: After review, a Return Authorization (RA) will be issued.
  4. Return Shipping: Ship the product securely to the address shared by support. Return shipping costs apply unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of returned items
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking)
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after product receipt
  • Bank processing time may vary

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  1. Notify customer support within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos of the defect or damage
  3. A replacement or full refund will be provided after assessment

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Lingerie, swimwear, and intimate wear
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Perishable goods and health supplements
  • Gift cards and store credit

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Me2Kart covers return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
  • For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • Use a trackable courier service for secure returns

8. Exchange Policy

Me2Kart does not currently support direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.

9. Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned within 14 days.
